Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VibeClip. By creating an account or generating a video, you agree to them.

Last updated: 26 September 2026

1. The service

VibeClip generates short videos from prompts you provide, using third-party AI models for the script, images, voiceover and animation, and can publish or back up the result to accounts you connect. We may change, add or remove features, and we may use different AI providers over time.

2. Your account

You need an account to generate videos, and you are responsible for what happens under it — keep your password to yourself. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe someone else has access. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

3. Credits and payment

Generation is paid for in credits. Each video shows its credit cost before you start, and credits are deducted when generation begins.

  • Failed generations are refunded. If a video fails and produces nothing, the credits for it are returned to your balance.
  • Credits are not money. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not redeemable for cash except where the law requires it.
  • Subscriptions renewuntil cancelled. Cancel any time from billing settings; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. A yearly plan is paid up front and adds the year's credits when it is paid.
  • The free plan is three videos each calendar month, with no credits. Every free video ends with a short credit scene. A video counts once it is started, including one you later delete.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.

4. Your content, and who owns the output

The prompts, topics and files you supply remain yours. You grant us the licence we need to run the service on them — storing them, sending them to the AI providers that generate your video, and delivering the result back to you and to any account you have connected.

As between you and us, the videos you generate are yours to use, including commercially. Two honest caveats: AI providers have their own terms that may apply to the output, and in many jurisdictions purely AI-generated material may not attract copyright at all. If that matters to your business, take your own advice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VibeClip to create or distribute:

  • content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
  • material that sexualises minors, or non-consensual sexual content;
  • impersonation of a real person or organisation, or synthetic media presented as a real recording of someone;
  • harassment, threats, or content inciting violence against a person or group;
  • deliberate disinformation, scams, or deceptive political content;
  • anything unlawful where you or your audience are.

You also agree not to resell or automate access in a way that circumvents credit limits, or to attempt to extract our prompts, models or infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

6. Connected accounts

You can connect third-party accounts — YouTube or TikTok for publishing, or Google Drive for backups. You authorise us to act on those accounts only as the product describes: uploading videos you have asked us to publish, and writing backups you have asked for. You can disconnect at any time from settings, which revokes our access going forward.

VibeClip uses YouTube API Services to publish to YouTube. By using VibeClip to publish there, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Posting to TikTok is subject to TikTok's own terms.

Some videos use free-licensed photos from Wikimedia Commons, whose licences require crediting the author. Posts made from VibeClip include those credits; if you post a downloaded video yourself, keep the credit line shown under its Download button.

7. Availability

The service is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and generation depends on third-party AI providers that can be slow, rate-limited or unavailable. We keep backups, but you should keep your own copies of videos that matter to you.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, VibeClip is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost content, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using VibeClip and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end or suspend access if you breach these terms, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will give reasonable notice and refund any unused paid credits where we can.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and we will flag material changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
